Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 annually

What you will do
- Manage new customer onboarding and adoption post-implementation to ensure platform success.
- Develop strategic success plans outlining critical success factors, metrics, and timelines.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and product roadmap discussions to ensure retention.
- Resolve escalated customer issues by collaborating with Product Management and Engineering teams.
- Act as a product expert regarding both technical workings and practical business applications.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing account management or SaaS support role.
- Demonstrated success managing customer relationships within a B2B SaaS company.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Proven capability to identify and mitigate customer risk.
- Excellent communication skills across writing, listening, and phone interactions.
