TL;DR

Client Success Associate (SaaS): Managing onboarding and a portfolio of new clients to ensure platform adoption and ROI with an accent on commercially focused account growth and solution-based selling. Focus on driving usage and spend, developing strategic roadmaps, and identifying expansion opportunities within existing B2B accounts.

Location: Flexible hybrid; must be located in the New York City Metro area and able to collaborate from the Manhattan office as needed.

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 USD

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of new clients, supporting onboarding and training to ensure active platform usage.
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly spending and usage targets across the assigned portfolio.
  • Develop strategic roadmaps and gifting strategies that align with client goals and justify long-term financial investment.
  • Lead conversations on gifting best practices to increase gift redemption, drive spend, and impact ROI.
  • Identify new use cases, roles, and international markets to expand growth within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to serve as the voice of the customer and improve the overall client experience.

Requirements

  • Must be located in the New York Metro area and able to work from the Manhattan office.
  • Recent college graduate or professional early in their career.
  • Strong interest in SaaS, Client Success, Account Management, or Sales.
  • Prior experience in client-facing, sales, marketing, or technology environments (preferred).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence clients.
  • Proactive, organized, and comfortable learning new technology in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
