TL;DR

Salary: $17.00/hr

What you will do

  • Provide technical support and repair for a variety of client desktops and laptops.
  • Perform basic and moderately complex troubleshooting activities for hardware and Desk Side applications.
  • Manage and deliver all assigned service calls within established service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Maintain asset and inventory control through prompt turnaround of parts and equipment.
  • Complete real-time reporting and administrative documentation for all service calls.

Requirements

  • Technical school certification or equivalent.
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and insurance.
  • Ability to drive to client locations, including long distances and occasional overnight assignments.
  • Ability to lift and move computer equipment up to 50 lbs.
  • Must own a basic repair tool kit.

  • Previous customer service experience.
