What you will do

• Perform installation, upgrading, repair, and preventative maintenance of PC components, printers, and scanners.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues using appropriate tools.
• Track and document service incidents to ensure service level standards are met.
• Communicate with clients regarding scheduling and status of service requests.
• Collaborate with Service Desk and System Engineering teams to resolve complex incidents.
• Provide input for enhancing tech support and systems administration processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Oconomowoc, WI
• 2+ years of experience troubleshooting PC hardware, software, laptops, and printers.
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft products and tools.
• CompTIA A+ certification is required
• Valid driver's license is required
• Degree in Information Systems or Engineering preferred.
