What you will do
- Perform installation, upgrading, repair, and preventative maintenance of PC components, printers, and scanners.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues using appropriate tools.
- Track and document service incidents to ensure service level standards are met.
- Communicate with clients regarding scheduling and status of service requests.
- Collaborate with Service Desk and System Engineering teams to resolve complex incidents.
- Provide input for enhancing tech support and systems administration processes.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work on-site in Oconomowoc, WI
- 2+ years of experience troubleshooting PC hardware, software, laptops, and printers.
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft products and tools.
- CompTIA A+ certification is required
- Valid driver's license is required
- Degree in Information Systems or Engineering preferred.
Nice to have
- MCP certification.
- Server+ certification.
- MCSA certification.
- Other vendor certifications.
