TL;DR

What you will do

  • Build and manage the pipeline engine through nurture, ABM, and re-engagement programs to drive marketing-influenced revenue.
  • Activate Palantir cohort data within HubSpot to create hyper-personalized segmentation and automation triggers.
  • Develop and calibrate an end-to-end lead scoring model based on behavioral and firmographic data.
  • Own the MQL-to-SQL handoff process and build operational reporting views for sales reps.
  • Manage global email compliance across US, EU, and APAC markets, ensuring adherence to GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and CASL.
  • Coordinate with EMEA and APAC leads to adapt global programs for regional buyers and compliance.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of hands-on B2B demand generation, marketing operations, or CRM experience.
  • Deep, end-to-end HubSpot expertise, including workflows, lead scoring, and API.
  • Proven track record of owning pipeline metrics (MQL, SQL) and driving sales alignment.
  • Experience with multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, paid search, and content syndication.
  • Strong knowledge of global email compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL).
  • Must be based in Boston, MA for on-site work.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Palantir, Snowflake, or similar enterprise data intelligence platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with ZoomInfo or Lusha for contact scoring and data hygiene.
  • Background in B2B e-commerce or electronic components distribution.
  • Experience with AI-assisted lead scoring or GPT-powered enrichment workflows.
