What you will do

• Process new patient information in internal systems and Salesforce.
• Initialize WatchPAT devices per patient and update associated documentation.
• Create shipping labels and track deliveries to and from patients.
• Handle general phone and email inquiries from sleep clinics.
• Upload reports to the system and coordinate with internal teams to resolve delivery delays.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Atlanta, GA.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle a high volume of accounts with high attention to detail.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
