What you will do

• Lead end-to-end architecture for complex Salesforce implementations across Marketing, Sales, and Service Clouds.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications, solution blueprints, and data models.
• Configure and customize Sales Cloud features, including Sales Management, Lead Conversion, and Territory Management.
• Develop data migration strategies and define data governance, security models, and access controls.
• Establish standards for configuration, development best practices, and CI/CD release management.
• Conduct platform health assessments, performance optimization, and roadmap planning.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US (referenced by Atlanta, GA location and US-specific benefits).
• 7+ years of experience in Salesforce, with at least 5 years as a Solution Architect.
• Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Proficiency in Apex and LWC.
• Experience with integration middleware such as MuleSoft and Boomi.
• Active certifications: Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect.

Nice to have

• Experience with DevOps platforms like Copado or Gearset.
• Knowledge of AppExchange products such as DocuSign, Conga, Icertis, or Demand tools.
• Experience with Marketing platforms like Pardot or Marketo.
