What you will do

• Manage the sale of retail and lease vehicles at nationwide auctions to achieve highest recovery and minimize losses.
• Develop and monitor new remarketing programs to enhance auto recoveries at auction.
• Promote dealer consignment programs by building relationships and performing external sales calls.
• Inspect inventory, set vehicle floor prices, and manage reconditioning recommendations.
• Ensure strict compliance with state and federal laws regarding repossession and remarketing.
• Collaborate with auction vendors and internal marketing teams to optimize vehicle visibility and sales.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience as a Remarketing Field Representative or in a compatible field with deep knowledge of wholesale vehicle values.
• Advanced knowledge of the Automobile Industry and laws relating to repossession and remarketing.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; visa sponsorship is not provided.
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory to perform pre/post sale activities.
• Ability to use AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to support daily workflows and research.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the Auction Industry.
• 2-3 years of supervisory experience.
• 0-2 years of experience in an automotive finance environment.
