What you will do

• Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire and retain dealer clients within the automotive sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers to address financing needs.
• Oversee the servicing of the automotive floorplan portfolio to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain risk assessment models to evaluate dealership creditworthiness.
• Monitor portfolio performance, including loan balances and payment trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel, fly, and drive (75%+ travel required).
• BA/BS in a related field and 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination.
• 2+ years of experience in finance, sales, account management, and/or collections.
• Strong financial acumen and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Strong negotiation, collection, and analytical problem-solving skills.
