TL;DR

Sales Enablement Specialist (Automotive): Creating and providing the sales team with information, content, tools, and training to increase effectiveness with an accent on sales onboarding and skill gap analysis. Focus on developing certification programs, designing competitive messaging, and implementing sales productivity tools.

Location: Hybrid (3 days in office in Bee Cave, TX). Candidates must live within commuting distance to Bee Cave, TX.

What you will do

  • Deliver and improve sales onboarding and training materials to support corporate strategies.
  • Identify gaps in content assets and collaborate with Product and Product Marketing teams to create new materials.
  • Conduct skill gap analyses and determine individualized training needs through observation and reporting.
  • Coordinate and critique sales team role-play sessions to develop strengths.
  • Design competitive battle cards and value messaging programs.
  • Evaluate and implement tools and technology to improve sales productivity and manage enablement platforms.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Education, Sales, Business Communications, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales training and performance coaching.
  • Demonstrated understanding and application of adult learning practices.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and related software.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills for various audience sizes.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 10-15%.
