What you will do

• Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to retirement, prioritizing features based on strategic goals.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define product requirements and ensure successful delivery.
• Engage with customers and sellers to gather feedback and validate product/feature hypotheses.
• Perform market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and client needs.
• Define and track key product metrics to inform data-driven decisions for product improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Technology, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager within the Product Lifecycle Management process.
• Proficiency in product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and CRAFT.
• Experience leveraging AI tools and capabilities (generative AI, copilots, agent frameworks) in professional workflows.
• Strong analytical capabilities and a proven track record of managing successful products.
• Must be able to work on-site in Austin, Texas.
