What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI products from ideation through implementation and scaling.
• Partner with Underwriting and Claims stakeholders to identify and prioritize high-impact AI opportunities.
• Translate business needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with enterprise strategic priorities.
• Manage backlog prioritization and sprint planning with data science and engineering teams.
• Monitor product performance through KPIs and drive continuous improvement based on feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Data Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in Product Ownership or Business Analysis.
• Deep domain knowledge of insurance operations, specifically Underwriting and Claims.
• Proven track record of implementing AI/ML or advanced analytics use cases in a business environment.
• Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams on data pipelines and APIs.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise AI platforms or copilots.
• Familiarity with data governance and model risk management in the insurance sector.
