Salary: $152,000 - $202,000

What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI products from ideation through implementation and scaling.
- Partner with Underwriting and Claims stakeholders to identify and prioritize high-impact AI opportunities.
- Translate business needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with enterprise strategic priorities.
- Manage backlog prioritization and sprint planning with data science and engineering teams.
- Monitor product performance through KPIs and drive continuous improvement based on feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Data Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in Product Ownership or Business Analysis.
- Deep domain knowledge of insurance operations, specifically Underwriting and Claims.
- Proven track record of implementing AI/ML or advanced analytics use cases in a business environment.
- Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Ability to collaborate with technical teams on data pipelines and APIs.
Nice to have
- Experience with enterprise AI platforms or copilots.
- Familiarity with data governance and model risk management in the insurance sector.
- Experience leading digital transformation initiatives within insurance.
