Manager, Sales Development (Fintech): Leading and developing a high-performing team of SDRs to drive pipeline growth and new business opportunities with an accent on outbound strategies and rep coaching. Location: Hybrid: Must be based in Nashville, TN (office attendance required 3 days a week: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)

What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of outbound SDRs to enhance performance and achieve individual and team targets.
- Coach reps on best practices for cold calls, emails, social selling, and outbound prospecting.
- Own and refine the SDR playbook to improve outreach efficiency and increase lead quality.
- Analyze KPIs and performance data to identify trends and implement actionable improvement plans.
- Collaborate with Sales leadership and Marketing to align on messaging, campaigns, and lead handoff.
- Conduct 1:1s and training sessions to support the professional growth of team members.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a leadership role within a SaaS or technology-related field.
- Proven track record of exceeding SDR targets and building robust sales pipelines.
- Strong skills in prospecting, qualifying, and consultative outbound selling.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
- Must be based in Nashville, TN to fulfill hybrid office requirements.
