TL;DR

Principal Growth Product Manager (SaaS): Leading experimentation across activation and monetization to drive measurable movement in conversion, retention, and expansion metrics with an accent on learning velocity and statistical rigor. Location: Must be based in the US or Canada (Remote or Hybrid in Waltham/Boston, MA or Toronto, ON)

What you will do

  • Design, launch, and scale continuous experiments across onboarding flows, paywalls, upgrade experiences, and retention journeys.
  • Manage and prioritize a portfolio of growth bets, balancing execution speed with technical complexity and learning potential.
  • Modernize and optimize activation and monetization experiences for a mobile-first customer base.
  • Leverage AI tools and workflows to accelerate experimentation velocity, analysis, and personalization.
  • Collaborate with Finance, RevOps, and Engineering to influence packaging, pricing, and lifecycle strategies.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Product Management experience, with significant focus on Growth within SaaS or subscription products.
  • Deep expertise in A/B testing methodologies, hypothesis development, and statistical significance.
  • Strong analytical proficiency in tracking LTV, churn, attach rates, and trial-to-paid performance.
  • Proven track record of optimizing mobile customer experiences and intuitive user journeys.
  • Must be based in the US or Canada.
