What you will do

• Lead zero-to-one product development for AI-driven solutions, from initial design to launch and scaling.
• Own the product roadmap for flagship AI products and agentic workflows.
• Partner with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to build a scalable AI platform.
• Define product strategy, KPIs, and execution rituals within a fast-moving organization.
• Collaborate with domain experts to translate complex financial contexts into intuitive AI features.
• Mentor other product managers and establish product management discipline.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Product Management, specifically in Fintech, SaaS, or AI environments.
• Proven expertise in building and scaling zero-to-one AI products.
• Familiarity with core AI/LLM concepts including prompting, reinforcement learning, retrieval, and agentic tool use.
• Strong systems thinking with the ability to distill complexity into clear product strategy.
• Disciplined operator experienced in agile/lean delivery and PRD writing.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
