Salary: $116,000 – $137,000 + Equity

What you will do

  • Build and run integrated campaigns across email, paid digital, lifecycle, and events for various segments and buyers.
  • Track and optimize core metrics including MQLs, pipeline contribution, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to ensure campaign messaging resonates with buyers.
  • Coordinate with Sales and SDR teams on lead routing and follow-up SLAs.
  • Manage the campaign calendar and budget to ensure smooth execution for assigned segments.
  • Develop ABM plays and segment-specific campaigns for priority verticals based on a defined strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing.
  • Proven experience owning integrated programs from the initial brief to final results analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future employer sponsorship.
  • Ability to write concise, data-driven briefs and performance read-outs for executive reviews.
  • Curiosity and willingness to apply AI tools responsibly to improve efficiency and impact.
