TL;DR

Strategic Enterprise Account Executive, Core (AI/Fleet Safety): Developing engagement strategies to target, qualify, and close large enterprise commercial fleets with an accent on high-value TCV deals ($5M to $15M), executive selling, and cross-functional deal team leadership. Focus on building a strong pipeline of strategic accounts and solving complex business problems for the largest transportation customers.

Salary: $290,000—$320,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end customer interactions with large enterprise fleets to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Develop territory strategies and execute targeted outbound prospecting for strategic accounts.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including discovery, qualification, pilot management, and negotiation.
  • Lead cross-functional deal teams involving field engineering, solutions engineering, and finance.
  • Collaborate with SDR partners to align messaging and prospecting tactics.
  • Maintain an accurate forecast and a robust pipeline to support booking objectives.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in complex quota-carrying enterprise sales with deals of $500k+ ARR.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Proficiency with selling methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or target account selling.
  • Experience using Salesforce and Microsoft Teams.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Willingness to travel 50%+.
