Location: On-site in Scottsdale, USA
Compensation: $200K – $325K (Base Salary + OTE)

What you will do
- Hire, train, and coach full-cycle Account Executives to build a high-performing sales team.
- Drive revenue growth and pipeline expansion across US and Canadian territories.
- Manage a book of strategic accounts and close complex deals alongside the team.
- Define and maintain high standards for the sales cycle and winning patterns.
- Collaborate with Executive Leadership, Marketing, and Product to shape GTM strategy.
- Create scalable processes for forecasting, deal execution, and performance management.
Requirements
- Must be able to work in an on-site environment in Scottsdale.
- 4+ years of B2B sales experience with at least 2 years managing high-performing teams.
- Proven success building or scaling sales teams in high-growth environments.
- Experience selling SaaS, security, or enterprise technology to technical audiences.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
Nice to have
- Proficiency with ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot.
