What you will do

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with CIOs, IT executives, and LOB leaders.
• Drive value-based growth and expand the hirify.global footprint into new business units and use cases.
• Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets for the CMEG vertical.
• Promote the Data Intelligence Platform powered by Apache Spark and Delta Lake.
• Utilize a solution-based approach to create tangible value for enterprise customers and system integrators.
• Manage forecasting and customer details within Salesforce.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Enterprise Sales experience exceeding quotas in large accounts.
• Previous field sales experience in big data, Cloud, and SaaS with a consumption selling motion.
• Proven track record of navigating early-stage company environments with limited oversight.
• Ability to simplify technical capabilities into value-based business benefits.
• Existing relationships with CIOs and key decision-makers at local accounts.
• Must be based in NYC or San Francisco; Bachelor's Degree required.
