Compensation: $145K – $185K OTE + Equity

What you will do

• Partner with sales and success teams to deliver technical product presentations and integration demos to prospective and current clients.
• Resolve technical issues, facilitate data migrations, and implement custom solutions using automations.
• Design, develop, and deploy customer-specific proof of concept (PoC) projects.
• Build custom reports and dynamic dashboards for client management teams.
• Contribute to the functional and technical elements of RFPs.
• Maintain updated demo spaces and stay current on new feature releases.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (pre-sales, consulting, or implementation).
• 2+ years of demonstrable success working with commercial clients.
• Bachelor of Science in a technical field.
• Hands-on experience with web services, APIs, and integration platforms (Unito, Workato, Zapier, Integromat).
• Must be based in the US; no visa sponsorship available for this role.

Nice to have

• Experience designing and implementing agentic workflow automation using AI platforms and autonomous agents.
• Professional certifications such as PMP or CSM.
• Understanding of application deployment processes for Cloud transformation and change management.
