What you will do

• Lead client discovery sessions, workshops, and executive briefings to identify high-impact automation opportunities.
• Design high-level solution architectures and translate enterprise requirements into scalable automation approaches.
• Produce pre-sales artifacts, including solution overviews, effort estimates, ROI models, and RFP/RFI responses.
• Own the end-to-end PoC lifecycle, from scoping and success criteria to build, execution, and readout.
• Prototype new AI capabilities, including Agentic AI and LLM integrations, to expand the company's demo library.
• Collaborate with account executives and delivery architects to ensure proposed solutions are technically sound and commercially viable.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in consulting, pre-sales, or solution architecture within Automation or AI.
• Proven track record of leading enterprise pre-sales engagements, including RFP responses and executive presentations.
• Deep knowledge of RPA, Agentic AI, IDP, and Process Mining.
• Practical experience with UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, Document Understanding) and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Ability to build trusted-advisor relationships with senior stakeholders and translate technical capabilities into business narratives.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without the need for employment-based sponsorship.
