What you will do

• Support the development and execution of strategic growth initiatives across the Aave ecosystem and products.
• Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and expansion strategies in collaboration with leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives between product, engineering, legal, and marketing teams to ensure alignment.
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships across DeFi, fintech, infrastructure, and institutional ecosystems.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and ecosystem mapping to support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor trends in stablecoins, tokenization, and digital asset infrastructure to identify emerging opportunities.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in strategy, business development, or partnerships within digital assets.
• Strong understanding of crypto, DeFi, and the evolving digital asset ecosystem.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities with high attention to detail.
• Ability to operate autonomously and manage multiple workstreams in fast-moving environments.
• Experience working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
