Compensation: $200,000 β $240,000 OTE + Equity & Commission

What you will do
- Define and execute the partner ecosystem strategy, advising the CEO and COO on market opportunities within LLMs, CRM, and Call Intelligence.
- Manage the full partnership lifecycle from sourcing and pitching to negotiating commercial terms and legal contracts.
- Collaborate with GTM functions to identify sales opportunities and maximize win rates through partner introductions and expert positioning.
- Develop "better together" value propositions and enablement content for internal and partner GTM teams.
- Track partner influence, adoption metrics, and revenue impact while reporting risks to leadership.
- Coordinate joint marketing efforts, including webinars, events, and conferences, to grow awareness and pipeline.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, or Sales within the SalesTech/MarTech ecosystem.
- Proven track record as a senior individual contributor leading complex negotiations independently.
- Ability to translate technical product gaps (APIs, UI needs) into clear commercial strategies.
- Expertise in creating pitch decks, financial models for referral structures, and partner success plans.
- Experience navigating large enterprise organizations to engage Enablement, RevOps, and Sales leadership.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience at a growth-stage startup (Series B-D).
- Familiarity with Sales Enablement or "Just-in-Time" learning categories.
- Technical understanding of SSO, API syncing, and self-hosted embedding models.
