What you will do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive North America partner strategy aligned with go-to-market objectives.
• Recruit, onboard, and scale relationships with VARs, GSIs, MSSPs, and cloud providers including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Own and drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue targets.
• Design and implement enablement programs to ensure partners effectively position and sell hirify.global solutions.
• Collaborate with regional sales leadership to drive joint account planning and co-selling motions.
• Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing channel team across North America.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in channel/alliances leadership within cybersecurity, data security, or enterprise SaaS.
• Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing partner ecosystems in North America.
• Strong existing relationships with key channel partners such as CDW, Optiv, SHI, GuidePoint, and WWT.
• Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and co-selling motions.
• Experience in high-growth startup or scale-up environments.
• Must be based in the United States.
