TL;DR

Location: Must be aligned with Eastern Time Zone; willingness to travel within territory as needed.

Salary: $240,000 – $280,000 USD + equity

What you will do

  • Recruit, develop, and manage trust-based relationships with channel partners as their primary point of contact.
  • Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline targets, driving co-selling motions and joint GTM initiatives.
  • Build and deliver enablement programs to equip partner sales and technical teams to position hirify.global solutions.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and track performance metrics such as pipeline contribution and revenue attainment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in channel sales, partner management, or alliances with a proven revenue track record.
  • Cybersecurity industry experience required, ideally with familiarity in SOC operations or threat detection.
  • Deep understanding of East market dynamics and key industry players.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and executive presence.
  • Ability to manage a large partner portfolio in a fast-moving startup environment.
