Salary: $250,000 – $300,000 OTE

hirify.global is a cybersecurity firm providing Managed Detection & Response (MDR) and Identity & Access Management (IAM) through its AI-augmented entity fabric platform, Meridian.

What you will do

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities within large enterprise accounts across verticals like finance, healthcare, government, and retail.
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies for Managed Security Services, Professional Security Services, and Identity Services.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing.
  • Engage with C-level executives and IT leaders to assess security pain points and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales engineering, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay current on industry trends, threat landscapes, and competitive offerings to effectively position solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in cybersecurity, managed services, or IT solutions.
  • Proven track record of acquiring new business and driving revenue growth in large enterprise accounts.
  • Experience selling IAM, MSS, or general cybersecurity solutions.
  • Ability to navigate long sales cycles and engage with C-suite decision-makers.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce and sales performance metrics.
  • Must be based in the US (Kansas City, MO location for hybrid model).
