What you will do

• Manage monthly project accounting and lead status meetings with project managers.
• Reconcile new projects, change orders, and budget adjustments using Salesforce and financial trackers.
• Handle revenue recognition and ensure strict compliance with client contracts.
• Prepare monthly project revenue forecasts and perform budget vs. actual comparisons.
• Manage client invoicing, submit monthly accruals, and follow up on past-due accounts.
• Mentor junior staff on financial best practices and support annual audit documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business.
• 3+ years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Must be based in the United States.
