What you will do

• Manage day-to-day revenue accounting and ensure compliance with ASC 606 and internal policies.
• Support the monthly revenue close process, including preparation of journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Handle revenue recognition for SaaS subscriptions, usage-based revenue, and non-standard arrangements.
• Partner with Revenue Operations, Finance Systems, and Data teams to ensure completeness and accuracy of revenue data.
• Perform variance and flux analysis to identify trends and investigate discrepancies.
• Support external audits by preparing deliverables and responding to auditor inquiries.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in public accounting or industry.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and foundational knowledge of ASC 606.
• High proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent technical, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or CPA (or progress toward CPA).
• Experience with NetSuite, specifically NetSuite ARM.
• Experience with SaaS and usage-based revenue models.
• Familiarity with Stripe, Salesforce (SFDC), and Snowflake.
