What you will do

• Expand and consolidate market presence within the assigned territory.
• Maintain and develop relationships with tour operators, travel agencies, and OTAs to increase performance.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow business opportunities.
• Conduct product presentations, networking events, and provide system training to partners.
• Manage payment accuracy and provide support for incident resolution.
• Perform competitive market analysis and maintain comprehensive reporting through CRM.

Requirements

• Must be residing in Zagreb, Croatia.
• Ability to spend approximately 30% of working time on business trips.
• Experience in account management or sales within the travel industry.
