What you will do

• Maintain and develop relationships with signed partners, including tour operators, travel agencies, and OTAs, to increase their performance.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Provide system training and conduct product presentations to position the brand within the travel trade.
• Oversee transaction processing and ensure accuracy in payment control.
• Perform regular market and competitive environment analysis via CRM and internal systems.
• Maximize and develop API deals with potential and existing partners.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in account management or business development for B2B companies in the travel industry.
• In-depth understanding of the regional B2B travel market (OTAs, travel agencies, etc.).
• Fluent in Croatian and English.
• Ability to spend approximately 30% of working time on business trips and client meetings.
• Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making and metrics.
