What you will do

• Expand and consolidate company presence within the assigned territory.
• Develop relationships with signed partners (tour operators, travel agencies, OTAs) to increase their performance.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow new opportunities.
• Provide system training and deliver product presentations to partners.
• Oversee payment accuracy and ensure correct transaction processing.
• Perform market and competitive environment analysis with regular reporting via CRM.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in account management or B2B business development within the travel industry.
• Deep understanding of the regional travel market and B2B travel networks.
• Fluent in English and Serbian.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time for client meetings and industry events.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• International mindset with the ability to work across diverse cultural contexts.
