What you will do
- Expand and consolidate company presence within the assigned territory.
- Develop relationships with signed partners (tour operators, travel agencies, OTAs) to increase their performance.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow new opportunities.
- Provide system training and deliver product presentations to partners.
- Oversee payment accuracy and ensure correct transaction processing.
- Perform market and competitive environment analysis with regular reporting via CRM.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in account management or B2B business development within the travel industry.
- Deep understanding of the regional travel market and B2B travel networks.
- Fluent in English and Serbian.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time for client meetings and industry events.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- International mindset with the ability to work across diverse cultural contexts.
