What you will do
- Execute talent strategies and workforce planning to align technical capabilities with organizational objectives.
- Forecast workforce needs and conduct skills gap analyses to optimize resource allocation across projects.
- Partner with HR to drive the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of top IT talent.
- Define career paths, set SMART goals, and provide regular coaching and performance evaluations.
- Implement employee engagement strategies to monitor morale and foster a positive organizational culture.
- Manage employee relations and facilitate improvement plans or offboarding in coordination with HR.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 4 years of related experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Current work authorization in the United States (no visa sponsorship).
- Proficiency in workforce planning, resourcing, and competency assessment frameworks (e.g., SFIA).
- Experience supporting IT organizations, including operational technology or service delivery teams.
- Proven ability in coaching and mentoring employees within technical environments.
