What you will do

• Lead and mentor a remote engineering team, focusing on equitable workload management and delivery excellence.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders in Sales, Product Engineering, and Project Management to ensure successful service delivery.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 8+ years of experience in Information Technology or software engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in Professional Services, Consulting, or Engineering Management.
• Proven ability to lead remote teams with empathy and effectiveness.
• Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Product, and Support.
• Background in application lifecycle management, development, or change management.
