What you will do

• Maintain and build relationships with the client base to drive HCM solution adoption.
• Provide consultative guidance on HCM best practices and talent management.
• Identify and drive upsell opportunities, including talent solutions.
• Collaborate with internal support and operations teams for a seamless client experience.
• Meet performance metrics regarding engagement, sales activity, and revenue.
• Refer clients to appropriate internal teams for HR, Talent, and 401(k) services.

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or client services.
• Experience in HCM technology or financial services preferred.
• Proven ability to identify client needs and sell business-value solutions.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
• Bachelor's degree in business, HR, finance, or a related field preferred.
