Salary: $55,000–$65,000 USD

What you will do
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Operations.
- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle of client requests to ensure transparency and timely resolution.
- Provide support to associations, including user access management and issue triaging.
- Gather necessary documentation from clients to facilitate bank account setups and reconciliations.
- Handle customer escalations and challenging requests with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Track key performance indicators such as customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
Requirements
- Must be located in the United States.
- Must be able to work EST or CST time zones.
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
- Strong project management and organizational skills to handle a fast-paced workload.
- Proficiency in customer service communication via phone and ticketing systems.
Nice to have
- Experience using Asana or similar project management tools.
- Background in accounting, bookkeeping, or community association management.
