What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for high-value agencies and direct clients, taking full responsibility for customer retention.
- Serve as a strategic consultant to help partners align their business goals with platform capabilities and maximize satisfaction.
- Monitor account KPIs and performance metrics to provide actionable recommendations and mitigate churn risks.
- Develop sales enablement resources, training materials, and lead live webinars and product demos.
- Perform Technical Account Management duties, including overseeing account configuration and collaborating with internal teams on customized solutions.
- Manage high-level escalations and interface with C-level executives to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- At least 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role at a SaaS company.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, CRM systems, and marketing automation.
- Strong written, verbal, and public speaking skills for presenting to groups.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Openness to traveling several times a year for partner events and training sessions.
- Must be based in the USA.
