What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop teams of managers and individual contributors in a high-performance culture.
• Oversee the planning and execution of complex enterprise SaaS implementation projects to meet scope, timeline, and budget.
• Act as the primary escalation point for project risks and client concerns.
• Partner with the Director of Professional Services to define departmental strategies and improve resource planning and reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Support teams to ensure seamless client transitions and outcome alignment.
• Contribute to the development of standardized Statements of Work (SOWs) and onboarding frameworks.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Professional Services, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing enterprise SaaS implementations.
• Strong understanding of project management principles (PMP certification preferred).
• Experience with Cloud Coach or similar PSA tools.
• Experience with CRM, ERP, or GovTech enterprise software implementations.
• Must be based in the United States

Nice to have

• Experience with customer success platforms such as Totango, Salesforce, or Zendesk.
