Salesforce Engagement Manager (Salesforce): Leading the delivery of Salesforce Field Service and Service Cloud initiatives with an accent on bridging business goals and technical execution. Focus on driving end-to-end implementation, managing stakeholder engagement, and ensuring high user adoption.

Location: Remote (Candidates must be based in Brazil)

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce implementation projects, focusing on Service Cloud and Field Service solutions.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions and workshops to translate business requirements into actionable technical plans.
  • Create and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource coordination.
  • Manage project risks, dependencies, and provide executive reporting throughout the lifecycle.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training activities, and deployment readiness.
  • Drive change management initiatives to maximize user adoption and measurable business ROI.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, and business analysis.
  • Proven experience delivering Salesforce implementation projects.
  • Expertise in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and UAT.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Salesforce Field Service.
  • English proficiency at C1/C2 level (written and verbal).
  • Must be based in Brazil to align with the company's talent model.

Nice to have

  • Salesforce Administrator, Service Cloud, or Field Service Lightning (FSL) certifications.
  • Prosci, ADKAR, or similar change management certifications.
  • Background in service operations, industrial services, or manufacturing.
