What you will do

• Manage the entire delivery lifecycle of a portfolio of projects, from pre-sales and inception to closure.
• Develop, coach, and empower a team of project managers to foster operational excellence and accountability.
• Collaborate with regional and global leaders across Data Science, Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders to ensure project alignment and satisfaction.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks impacting project delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery methodologies and service quality.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in delivery management within the Enterprise SaaS industry.
• 5+ years of experience leading and motivating high-performing teams.
• Advanced fluency in English (native-level communication skills required).
• Strong leadership qualities with a focus on ownership and strategic mindset.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple complex, high-visibility projects simultaneously.
• Must be based in the UK.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications such as CAPM, PMP, or PRINCE2.
• Proficiency in additional languages such as French, German, or Italian.
