TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the USA or Canada (Remote options available)

What you will do

  • Build and execute the vision and strategy for Professional Services aligned with company growth goals.
  • Lead and scale a high-performing global team of Solutions Architects, Implementation Consultants, and Engagement Managers.
  • Establish and scale a global partner delivery ecosystem involving SIs and VARs.
  • Standardize implementation methodologies, playbooks, and best practices to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
  • Act as an executive sponsor and subject matter expert for complex CPQ and Billing transformations.
  • Leverage AI tools and automation to improve delivery efficiency and scale implementation capacity.

Requirements

  • 10–15+ years of experience in Professional Services, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of scaling a PS organization in a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Deep expertise in CPQ and Billing systems (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, Zuora, Stripe Billing).
  • Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash workflows and enterprise SaaS implementations.
  • Strong commercial acumen regarding SOWs, pricing, and margin management.
  • Must be based in the USA or Canada.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a startup or scaling environment (Series A–E).
  • Background in the Salesforce ecosystem or adjacent platforms.
  • Experience managing global or offshore delivery teams.
