What you will do

• Architect and drive Change Management strategies for complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise implementations.
• Serve as the executive point of contact and strategic advisor for C-level and senior leadership sponsors.
• Lead the full implementation lifecycle from discovery and design through rollout and post-go-live transition.
• Manage multiple concurrent custom SOW-based projects, overseeing budgets, resources, and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to refine the Enterprise Delivery playbook and ensure smooth transitions.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• 10+ years of experience in Project or Program Management for enterprise-scale software implementations, preferably in SaaS.
• 6+ years of professional consulting experience delivering solutions to Fortune 500/100 clients.
• Deep expertise in Change Management strategy and execution (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR).
• Proven executive presence with the ability to influence and negotiate with C-level stakeholders.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

Nice to have

• PMP, PRINCE2, or other professional Change Management certifications.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
