What you will do

• Lead and manage sales representatives to obtain quotas for new core opportunities in the Credit Union market.
• Develop and execute strategies for the attainment of sales goals.
• Collaborate with and travel with Sales Executives on a regular basis.
• Manage budget requirements, including income and expenses.
• Participate in senior management policy, planning, and consultant meetings.
• Oversee contract-related duties and workforce planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum of 12 years of sales experience within the Financial or Financial Technology field.
• Ability to travel 30% of the time.
• Must be based in the United States (excluding California).

Nice to have

• Graduate Degree.
• 3+ years in a sales management role.
• Experience in Financial Technology Industry Management.
• Strong public speaking and leadership skills.
