What you will do

  • Own new business generation with a focus on acquiring new logos in FinTech, banking, payments, gaming, and Travel.
  • Drive full-cycle enterprise sales from outbound prospecting through negotiation and closure.
  • Build a consistent pipeline through high-volume outbound activity via email, LinkedIn, events, and referrals.
  • Develop and execute a focused territory plan aligned with quarterly and annual targets.
  • Run structured sales processes (MEDDPICC or equivalent) to improve win rates and deal predictability.
  • Collaborate with SE, product, and delivery teams to ensure solution alignment and deal closure.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of enterprise sales experience.
  • 3+ years selling SaaS to financial services, payments, or fraud/compliance-driven verticals.
  • Proven track record of closing complex multi-stakeholder deals and exceeding quota.
  • Ability to generate a pipeline independently through strategic prospecting.
  • Must be based in the UK (Hybrid).
  • English: C1+ required.

Nice to have

  • Experience with KYC, AML, fraud prevention, or RegTech solutions.
  • Strong existing network within the tech and FinTech ecosystem.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
  • Proficiency in additional European languages.
