hirify.global is a technology-based point-of-sale financing company that partners with healthcare providers to offer patients convenient payment solutions for elective medical and dental procedures.

What you will do

  • Define and execute the national GTM strategy specifically targeting the high-ticket implant and restorative dental market.
  • Prospect and close enterprise-level accounts, including top-tier Dental Support Organizations (DSOs) and implant franchises.
  • Collaborate with Product and Risk teams to refine lending criteria, interest rates, and UX/UI for clinical workflows.
  • Establish and monitor vertical-specific KPIs, including funded volume, approval rates, and Merchant Acquisition Cost (MAC).
  • Act as the strategic link between internal corporate leadership and frontline sales execution.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of sales leadership experience, with at least 5 years focused on dental or medical financing.
  • Proven track record of selling into the C-suite of DSOs or large dental enterprises.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 40% for trade shows and onsite visits.
  • Must be based in the US; the company is unable to sponsor or take over employment visas.
