What you will do

• Lead a team of Business Development Managers, setting clear expectations and coaching regularly.
• Own day-to-day team performance, monitoring pipeline health and conversion rates.
• Build a systematic outbound sales capability within the SME team.
• Design and implement a repeatable outbound process, including prospecting cadences and lead qualification frameworks.
• Provide clear, timely reporting to the Head of Sales Operations.

Requirements

• A track record of leading sales teams in financial services or fintech, improving performance and developing people.
• Experience building systematic outbound sales processes from scratch.
• Experience selling to SME businesses, with an understanding of how business owners approach cash management.
• Confident using data and CRM to manage pipeline.
