What you will do

  • Manage a defined portfolio of credit union clients to expand existing relationships and uncover new revenue opportunities.
  • Engage with C-level executives and decision-makers to position data, software, and analytics solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strategic account plans that align client goals with company growth targets.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless client implementation and long-term value.
  • Exceed sales targets by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities and negotiating contracts.
  • Monitor industry trends and credit union market dynamics to influence internal strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of successful sales experience with a focus on expanding existing relationships.
  • Background in Financial Services, Technology, or a related field.
  • Direct experience working with Credit Unions.
  • Proven track record of delivering double-digit revenue growth through solution selling.
  • Ability to interact with diverse customer organizational areas, including risk management, marketing, and collections.
  • Must be based in the United States.
