What you will do

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on compensation strategy, organizational design, and pay practices.
  • Design and implement base salary structures, short-term/long-term incentives, and equity programs.
  • Lead industry compensation surveys and perform complex market pricing analyses within the biotech and healthcare sectors.
  • Administer annual compensation planning, including merit increases, promotions, and bonus programs.
  • Manage SOX controls for compensation and collaborate with Stock Administration on equity grant processing.
  • Develop executive-level presentations and monitor program effectiveness via compensation metrics and dashboards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, HR, or a related analytical field.
  • 8+ years of progressive compensation experience, specifically within the biotechnology, life sciences, or healthcare industry.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Expertise in Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation modules is required.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query and complex compensation modeling.
  • Deep knowledge of FLSA, pay equity, and pay transparency regulations.

Nice to have

  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation.
  • Experience working within publicly traded companies.
