What you will do
- Support the design and administration of base pay, incentive plans, and job architecture.
- Execute AI-assisted job matches and critically evaluate data outputs to ensure alignment with role scope and leveling.
- Perform market pricing and benchmarking using platforms like Radford, Aon, and Mercer.
- Administer quarterly incentive programs, including data validation and payout processing.
- Provide operational support for equity programs, including RSUs and the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP).
- Develop compensation dashboards and reports using ADP Workforce Now and advanced Excel.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards, or a related analytical HR function.
- Experience with market benchmarking platforms (Radford, Aon, Mercer).
- Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS/payroll systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas).
- Must be based in the US and able to work 9 AM to 5 PM EST.
Nice to have
- Experience in a high-growth public company environment.
- CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) certification.
- Experience using AI-enabled tools for compensation analysis and benchmarking.
