TL;DR

Senior Compensation Analyst (HR): Operational support for compensation and equity programs with an accent on AI-driven job matching and market benchmarking. Focus on managing incentive programs, administering RSUs/ESPP, and optimizing HRIS data within ADP Workforce Now.

Location: Remote (Must be based in the US; working hours 9 AM to 5 PM EST)

Salary: $55.29 - $57.69 per hour

What you will do

  • Support the design and administration of base pay, incentive plans, and job architecture.
  • Execute AI-assisted job matches and critically evaluate data outputs to ensure alignment with role scope and leveling.
  • Perform market pricing and benchmarking using platforms like Radford, Aon, and Mercer.
  • Administer quarterly incentive programs, including data validation and payout processing.
  • Provide operational support for equity programs, including RSUs and the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP).
  • Develop compensation dashboards and reports using ADP Workforce Now and advanced Excel.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards, or a related analytical HR function.
  • Experience with market benchmarking platforms (Radford, Aon, Mercer).
  • Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS/payroll systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas).
  • Must be based in the US and able to work 9 AM to 5 PM EST.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a high-growth public company environment.
  • CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) certification.
  • Experience using AI-enabled tools for compensation analysis and benchmarking.
