What you will do

• Manage and maintain the organization's IT assets, including hardware, software, and licenses.
• Provide direct technical expertise, support, and oversight of client IT department systems.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient asset management and maximum operational readiness.
• Implement Best Management and Good Housekeeping Practices in alignment with Environmental Policy.
• Track asset lifecycles to reduce operational inefficiencies and save organization costs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT Asset Management.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow Hardware and Software Asset Management.
• Knowledge of IT procurement processes and vendor management.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
• Valid class C driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to obtain CJIS certification to manage projects with sensitive data.

Nice to have

• Certified Software Asset Manager (CSAM).
• Certified IT Asset Manager (CITAM).
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP).
