What you will do

• Administer and support the ITSM platform, including BMC Helix and Remedy integrations.
• Configure workflows, service catalogs, and system components to meet business requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform issues within an enterprise environment.
• Monitor system performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and enhancements.
• Contribute to the strategic migration from on-premise Remedy to BMC Helix SaaS.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in ITSM or systems administration.
• Hands-on administration experience with BMC Remedy and/or BMC Helix.
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities in production environments.
• Ability to support enterprise-level applications with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills for working across technical and non-technical teams.
• Must be able to work in the Philadelphia office at least 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with BMC Helix SaaS platform.
• Exposure to Digital Workplace Catalog (DWP/DWPC) or Innovation Studio.
• ITIL or related professional certifications.
• Experience with SaaS integrations and automation tools.
